Kona Airport Terminals offers a wide range of basic services and amenities for their passengers to enjoy they stay while waiting to board.See some of them as follows: 

Services 

Internet

Currently the airport doesn’t offer free Wi-Fi service.

Lost & found

Passenger who have lost a personal item in the terminal, please contact Lost & Found Department: +1 808 329-5073. 
For items lost at a TSA security checkpoint, please contact TSA directly: +1 808 331-6930. 
For item lost on an aircraft, please contact your airline. 

Medical services

KOA Airport has 24 hours medical service. Passengers can call at 911 in case of medical help.    

Visitor information

At Kona Airport there’s a Visitor Information Programa to assist travelers. 
Service hours: From 07:45 am to 09:00 pm daily.

Ellison S. Onizuka Space Center 

Dedicated in memory of Kona native first Asian-American in space. Passengers will find films, Onizuka’s personal items and exhibits

Passengers with reduced mobility 

The Airport building is easily accessible to passengers with reduced mobility due to Terminals design. For assistance, please contact your airline.
